Made an appointment over the phone. When I brought my vehicle in Alexandria said they would not be able to look at it for 4 or 5 days and that I could leave it or come back next week. I When I brought my vehicle in Alexandria said they would not be able to look at it for 4 or 5 days and that I could leave it or come back next week. I live on the other side of town and it's a hassel to drive over there and arrange for a ride home. This a poor way of scheduling service. Since I had a good purchasing experience at Larry Miller I figured I'd come back to him for service but I'll probably look for a dealer closer to home. More
