Mr. Trinkl, Thank you for your response on this mater. We have owned various types of Hyundai vehicles since 2013 and have always experienced outstanding service and performance. This particular visit was out of line with what we had experienced in the past. Had an appointment, got car in soon after. Dustin said it would be maybe 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. so offered to give a ride home, stayed, all in all wasn't to bad. More
