Craig Mathias was very helpful in the repairs we needed done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his findings and advised what actually "needed" to be taken care of and what didn't or could wait until a later date which we really appreciated. We are retired and on a budget. We found him to be professional and congenial and will not hesitate to ask for him in the future. My car suddenly experienced engine trouble and was not driveable. Service got me right in without and appointment a had the car back on the road in one day. I have found on a number of visits Chris would go beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a se beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a service man wait till my tow got there, fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and I was a happy camper. On my last visit my rear door was out of line, he adjusted the striker plate at no cost. He has never tried to sell me service that I did no really need. Has always tried to get finished in a Mim. of time. More
