My service adviser Chris Davis was excellent! I called him on a Thurs afternoon, got me in Fri morning. Checked me in right away. There new facility is Great! Barely had enough time to eat a complimentary him on a Thurs afternoon, got me in Fri morning. Checked me in right away. There new facility is Great! Barely had enough time to eat a complimentary doughnut and the shuttle driver was ready to take me home. Was getting some maintenance done on my 2002 Sante Fe. They were actually cheaper than the local shops for the same services. Mr Davis called me when the Technician had my car and let me know of a problem I had caused installing a part, got it fixed for me SUPER reasonable. Even installed a part I had been putting off that was sitting on my passenger seat at NO COST! Who does that anymore?!? Everybody was nice and friendly despite 103 degrees plus 40% humidity. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future. More

Service was fast, it was great to have the transportation van to take me home, and pick me up when my car was done. The driver was a pleasant conversationalist, clean, and nice... Last year I bought my car in Chicago at the Hyundai Dealership. I was searching for a particular car and Peoria did not have the color I wanted. When Peoria called to see if I was still looking for my car, I told them that I had found it and bought it in Chicago. To my surprise, they were very happy for me, that I bought a Hyundai. Not one word of disappointment that I didn't buy it in Peoria. I knew then I would be committed to them for servicing my car. On my yearly checkup at 15000 miles, I had an engine light. Living 65 miles away, I called Peoria and I was serviced immediately. During my service stay, I spoke with the sales department and test drove a car with Dennis Dutton. He was exceptional and informative about different used cars available and helpful in making my decision about buying a car for my teenage son. The Service Department ran a check on the engine and found nothing immediate, so just to make sure, they made the decision to run a full computerized checkup at no charge. The conclusion was that with the new cars today, we are use to topping off our gas tank which can set off an emission engine check light on today's cars. The check light was reset and I haven't had one problem yet. The car is as sound as the day I bought it. All they charged me for was the price of an oil change! Craig Mathias was very helpful in the repairs we needed done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his findings and advised what actually "needed" to be taken care of and what didn't or could wait until a later date which we really appreciated. We are retired and on a budget. We found him to be professional and congenial and will not hesitate to ask for him in the future.
