Tim has ALWAYS been top notch with me. He is very good at his job! I've never had any issues when dealing with Tim & he takes time with anyone he deals with (I see this first hand). I went to LHM Hyundai on 84th and Bell to service my Hyundai Sonata (2011). I was concerned that my doors weren't locking and there was an air bag warning light on the dash. Craig helped me over the ph Hyundai Sonata (2011). I was concerned that my doors weren't locking and there was an air bag warning light on the dash. Craig helped me over the phone and at the dealership. He ordered a console for the passenger side of my car, since mine was missing a "lock/unlock" button, and said that was probably why they weren't locking. Only 5 days and the part came in! I was only at the dealership for 2 hours, it was a really fast install, and now my doors lock! Yay! They also replaced some kind of spring that was affecting the airbag light - I feel so much safer in my car now. Thank you Craig, you should get a raise! It's really hard to find people that are good at customer service, especially at a dealership when the customer doesn't know much about cars (like me!). He was so patient when I tried to describe the airbag light as a "guy holding a balloon." While waiting, I was talking with one of the salesmen - AJ. Very friendly and knowledgeable, my next car is definitely gonna be a Veloster from this specific dealership! Thank you for awesome service! More
