Service Experience for the last two years I have been having my 2012 Sonata serviced here for the last two years. Service has always been great. On my most recent visit, my battery had die I have been having my 2012 Sonata serviced here for the last two years. Service has always been great. On my most recent visit, my battery had died. I called the Service department at 4:25 pm. After jump starting my vehicle, I arrived at the service center at 4:50 pm. They checked the battery and determined that the battery had failed, A new battery was installed and I was out of the Service center in 30 minutes. Totally awesome service. More

Appointment before work I scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM to get the Spring Service Special -- an oil change, coolant drain and refill, A/C check, and more. The coupon price for this service was a good deal at $89.95 or so; and I was out in an hour and a half, even though several cars were checked in ahead of me. Dirk, my service advisor, respected my time and informed me of needed services for my older car without pressuring me to have them done right then right there. Instead, he gave me an estimate and the priorities of the services. I highly recommend this service center for its comfortable, clean customer area and its quality service. More
