I had an issue that caused my 2022 Hyundai Sonata’s transmission to need to be replaced just outside of the 100K factory warranty. Thankfully Hyundai was going to cover 90% of the cost and a rental car transmission to need to be replaced just outside of the 100K factory warranty. Thankfully Hyundai was going to cover 90% of the cost and a rental car. The issue I had was it took almost a month to get the work done because the part took forever to arrive and then I found out that the technician that had worked on it missed putting a handful of bolts back in place. I only discovered this because a metal skid plate fell off while I was driving it so I had it independently inspected elsewhere. In my eyes I could never trust Larry Miller Hyundai again, that is until I met Kevin Naylor. Keep in mind I was going into the dealership furious but the moment I met Kevin he was extremely apologetic, understanding and reassuring. Kevin took complete ownership of the situation and made sure I was going to be fully reimbursed for what I had paid and for my inspection. He gave me his card with his personal cell phone on it and he told me if I need anything to let him know. We actually had a pretty long conversation. I’ve worked in many different aspects of customer service over 25 years from 5 diamond resorts to Fortune 500 company’s and I can say I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve met a person like Kevin. The passion and dedication he exudes for his job is unbelievable. I would be honored to work with the man, I hope his superiors recognize his value to the organization. Needless to say I’m a Larry Miller Hyundai fan for life….as long as Kevin Naylor is there at least. More
i wouldnt recommend this spot, i bought 3 cars from this dealership and have had nothing but problems recently with the service department. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata went into "safe" mode shortly after visitin dealership and have had nothing but problems recently with the service department. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata went into "safe" mode shortly after visiting this place twice. both times they've claimed all is well and sent me off my way. I took the car to a local mechanic, they found metal shavings in my oil, claiming that Hyundai should replace the engine. The dealer claimed to have completed and engine test and there is no need for it, there is no issue with the engine. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or for service, they've let me down too many times More

What I like about Larry Miller Hyundai's service department is it's professionalism, and the speed with how that address my car's issues. I had an appointment for work on front end alignment... less that fifteen minutes later, my car was ready. They don't mess around. My service writer Ashleigh is always pleasant and on the ball. For my money, she is an exemplar employee (representing 'old school' service), and a credit to the Larry Miller Hyundai dealership. More

Larry Miller has always treated me with dignity and respect. In fact, I would add that my service advisor, Melissa Sutton, Is one of the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying quite a lot knowing that I respect. In fact, I would add that my service advisor, Melissa Sutton, Is one of the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying quite a lot knowing that I celebrate my 85th birthday this month.
