No meeting took place. I called in and found out that I was a winner in the "Ultimate Employee Package." I told the lady I was talking with that I was making an appointme I called in and found out that I was a winner in the "Ultimate Employee Package." I told the lady I was talking with that I was making an appointment for an oil change, she said I will take care of that for you. I told her Craig Mathias was my contact and she said she would let him know I would be coming in for an oil change and she would meet me when I come in. I came in at 7:45 and left at 8:50, no one there to meet me. Am I still eligible for the prize? More

I came to this dealer Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria to have my car checked on the engine, the service advisor is Craig Matheis , a grim unfriendly man who did the paper work, he never looked at my friendly eyes, then came a young boy name John came out of nowhere took my car for the alignment check, I did not ask for it, I told them, my car is OK, he then said, it’s a courtesy service, it’s free, then without my approval, he took the car straight to some spinning wheels looking very weird and drove my car on top of it, later he came out with a printed paper, he said my car has a nasty misalignment problem on both front and real wheels. This cannot be true, because my tires are worn even evenly on every tread, beside, my car is new. I then refused the alignment repair, I took the car home without doing anything else, I think some fishy trick is going on. When I got home, parked my car, then came an alignment check light came on from my car, it never did come on prior to the free alignment check. My car now have an alignment problem, prior to this visit, my car was just fine. Warning: stay away, do not let them fix your car, or your car will be ruined. Dirk Dunham, my service advisor, always greets me and listens to my needs. He tells me when work is needed and when it isn't; and he doesn't put pressure on me to get recommended work done right away (unless it would be dangerous not to). This visit was for an oil change, an A/C recharge, and a 3-pack fuel-injection/engine cleaning service. My car ran noticeably better afterward. The prices for today's work was competitive, especially with coupons. I plan on returning, as I have been using this service center for several years now. More
Service center customer service I explained that my tire was defective. I had explained this before on another visit and was told nothing was wrong. Tire continued to lose air. On this visit I was told again, and quite rudely that there was nothing wrong with the tire. In fact, I was blamed that I must be doing something wrong not that the tire was defective. Brought the car home after spending several hundred dollars on needed oil change etc. They rotated the tire to the back. The tire is again losing air and my light is on once again. I travel for work quite a bit and I cannot afford the time to continue to bring my car down. Also, why would I want to be treated this way when I do. More
