No pressure great before during and after the sale. The finance dept was able to secure a better rate than two other dealerships in town offered us. LHM did not fluff up the car with add ons we don't need and didn't make us feel like we "had to" purchase all the extra packages in finance, " get it or you will be sorry" straight and forward right from the start. What do you want? this is what we have and this is what we can do, oh so much more than several other Hyundai dealerships "said" thay could. LHM pulled up their sleeves and made our deal happen. I was probably labeled the angry disgruntled black man today by this dealership, I am all too to familiar being called that. I was gaslighted into changing my initial review, which I wrote because of thei today by this dealership, I am all too to familiar being called that. I was gaslighted into changing my initial review, which I wrote because of their making me jump through hoops because of their prejudices and my ignoring the dog whistle which was loud and clear. They had me believing it was all a misunderstanding and they had the vehicle waiting for me, I have the two videos they sent to me showing me the vehicle, so I raised their rating, in other words took the bait and the rug was pulled from under my feet. I had went through an extremely powerful Credit Unions auto purchasing site of which I am a member. The Credit Union informed me the vehicle was sold and that they would be monitoring this dealership. I was comforted for a moment until my friend told me to look up the report CNN investigation on the Credit Union showing that they allegedly denied 50% of their black constituent loans. Adding more salt to the wound he reminded me that Arizona was the last state to make MLK a holiday. You cannot make this up. Now I know how Sade Crockett must have felt being profiled. For those who don't know she was the innocent 83-year-old black woman that a Kia dealership profiled, humiliated, and falsely arrested. I follow a great poet's saying, “ When people show you who they really are believe them.”!!! I don't hold it again the two employee because lions only do what a lion always does and show no remorse. If NAACP asks I will tell my story. Racism makes everyone who partakes in such very uneasy. More

Jake Ventimiglia in sales was AMAZING and so very helpful with the initial test driving, sale and purchasing of my vehicle. Financing however was another story. After initially agreeing to an extended warran with the initial test driving, sale and purchasing of my vehicle. Financing however was another story. After initially agreeing to an extended warranty that I was told could be cancelled anytime, I came to the decision that I did not want the warranty. I called the day after the purchase and stated I wanted to cancel and was told someone from financing would get back to me. I waited just a few days with no contact before reaching out again multiple times and even leaving a voicemail with the financing director stating my desire to cancel and requesting a call back ASAP. After almost a week of no response on multiple attempts I physically went into the dealership to speak to someone and cancel. I was told I can cancel the warranty but that the cutoff for having my payment adjusted was the end of the month which had passed just a few days prior and that I was stuck with my payment. It seems as though the financing department was aware this would happen and waited for the cutoff time as I had called well before the month ended trying to request cancellation. Not only that, I was told they (Donnovan in Financing) were waiting for my partner (male) to confirm the cancellation even though he is not and was not part of the sale, transaction or financing. The entire transaction was done in my (female) name and with my information. Why would they want him to make decisions for me?! Unacceptable. More
