I came to this dealership as I found about it online while looking for a new car, as my sister owns a Sonata which she got in NY, so have heard great things about the car from her. I knew the Elantra wa while looking for a new car, as my sister owns a Sonata which she got in NY, so have heard great things about the car from her. I knew the Elantra was a good car before I went as I had also done my homework online! When I saw it in person, I thought it was very good looking and had alot of the features I was looking for plus a great warranty and great gas mileage. I decided on the Limited model as it had some extras I knew I'd use and it turns out I love them all and have been learning more about them each day. The navigation system works great, along with my cell phone attachment, and I love the sate light radio with so many good channels. The wheel locks come in real handy where I live, so nobody will be stealing the wheels, plus the security system is good also. I love the comfortable leather seats with the heating and the sunroof is great to have on a clear day. Since I have dealt with more than one person there, I will say that they were all very friendly, curteous and have answered most all of my questions and the customer service is most important to me, as I have spent years in the sales field. So I put a deposit on the silver one that I wanted and had to wait to get it, but it was so worth that long wait, as everyone was so helpful in every way and I got updates all the time on the situation on the delivery, etc. I was called immediately when the car came in and after going there, everything about the car was expained to me thoroughly, which I most appreciate, plus I was given instructions, owners manuels, etc. I believe I got a very good price on this car and that all involved did alot of hard work for me, so I want to be sure and mention that to thank them. I know there was alot of hard work done on this, in every area, so I would recommend this dealership to anyone and anytime. Yes, my overall experience was fantastic! More

Just lots of paperwork after that. Shawn kept me informed as progress was made on the paperwork until all was copleted. Since I did not trade in a vehicle, I drove homme after the deal.
