I came to this dealership in search of a new car and I was pleased to be greeted by Mr. Aaron Thomas. I told him that I was looking for a car similar to the Toyota Corolla, so he brought me to the Hyundai was pleased to be greeted by Mr. Aaron Thomas. I told him that I was looking for a car similar to the Toyota Corolla, so he brought me to the Hyundai Elantra. He had a great, friendly personality and was very helpful in my decision. He personally took me for a test drive in the car, and made friendly conversation during the trip so that there was no awkward silence. We made two trips back to this dealership, and he remembered my name both times. He helped bargain the monthly payment of the car down to an affordable price. He made us feel as if our business was truly a top priority to him. We received a deal with extra features that was incredibly amazing. I left with my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and a feeling of great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealer as well as Mr. Thomas to anyone looking for a new car. More
Hello Guys/Gals just want to share my buying experience at Larry Miller Hyundai. I wanted to drive a new Elantra(tv commercial said it gets 40+mpg) Called and talked with Ruben for about 5 minutes and foun at Larry Miller Hyundai. I wanted to drive a new Elantra(tv commercial said it gets 40+mpg) Called and talked with Ruben for about 5 minutes and found out that the color I wanted was not available, we talked a bit more and agreed I would stop by and test-drive one at his lot. He said he can get me the color of my choice that same afternoon at the same price of the one on his lot. When I arrived at the dealership my car was upfront cleaned and gased up! I was so impressed with his attentin to detail that I bought the car. Andrew explained to me the features and new improvements made to the 2013 vs the 2012. George in finance was great at explaining my warranties and coverage. Kudos to the staff at Larry Miller Hyundai! I will be back for my first oil change and will send my friend/family members to buy a car there. Miss Walker More
A few months ago, I assisted my daughter in buying her first car on her own. She purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Because this particular dealership is easily an hour from where we live we agreed to take first car on her own. She purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Because this particular dealership is easily an hour from where we live we agreed to take delivery that day. 3 hours later and after several nudges, we were finally presented with the keys to the car. It wasn’t until we arrived at home that we notice surface damage to one of the rims. The sales manager would only agree to split the COST of the rim. Later the customer service manager (Mr T) assured me that he met with the dealership’s General Manager (GM) and would do what ever was needed to make us happy. I told him that because of the distance I didn’t want any glitches. I wanted to know the exact cost and assurance that the rim would be in stock. He called me back with a date and time to bring the car in for this service but offered no price. I left work early to show up at the dealership at the designated time. The service representative was only aware that according to the computer, I had an appointment to replace the rim but knew nothing about who made the appointment or anything about my prior conversations with Mr T. He then told that the rim was not in stock, that they could order one and have it in a few days. He could not tell me what our cost would be, and said to talk to Mr T. Mr T said he had no idea and sent me back to the service counter. I finally got them together and they agreed that someone would call me once they knew the cost. Upset at missing work and driving the 2 hours there and back, I called to speak with the GM. He was unavailable so I left a message for him to call me. He has never responded. I then got a call from Mr T who told me the cost would be $495 for the rim. Experience tells me that this price in no way is reflective of their dealer’s cost. I found an OEM rim for less than half that amount. I will save the travel time and money, and just have it mounted locally. Ironically, as I left the dealership that day I personally witnessed an employee cut a corner and scrape another car’s rim. We love the car. However once we agreed to purchase the car, all we’ve received is lip service. In no way would I recommend this dealership. I feel bad that this happened to my daughter on her first real car purchase. More
My husband and I bought a 2012 Hyundai Tucson from Patrick Hofer. We picked the Tucson for the great warranty that Hyundai has on their vehicles. I loved the size of the Tucson and all the features it had to offer, it's the perfect vehicle for us. We have owned three other Hyundai's over the years, they are super vehicles. The staff was fantastic to work with, everyone was very friendly and no on pressured us, which was nice. We actually felt like family when we walked into this dealership and would recommend it to everyone. Patrick was one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with, and he went above and beyond our needs to make the deal work. Jamie and Gary were awesome to deal with also. Bought a used 2007 Sonata. First and foremost, I wanna say that Alisha was an absolute pleasure to deal with - attentive, accommodating, and creative in finding ways to meet our needs and concerns. Alisha told us right from the beginning, during the test drive, that she was our advocate. And she backed it up. She was not pushy or cold, nor was she shy about going to bat for us. If she did not know the answer to a question we had, she was not only honest in admitting so, but she quickly talked to the people she needed to and found out the answer - on the spot. She went above and beyond to work with us on every aspect of the sale, from price and negotiation to credit concerns. She even brought the sales manager over for me to speak with directly regarding some questions I had about a minor cosmetic blemish and the on-site inspection they do. An agreement was made to have the blemish attended to (some chips in the paint) and the price lowered. I secured something in writing stating the work would be done to fix this. Each time I called to speak with Alisha - AFTER the sale had already been finalized - she was friendly, remembered exactly who I was, and immediately set to work on finding out whatever information I needed, or returned my call promptly with it. Overall, the staff there during the sale were mostly friendly without being too pushy. They communicate well and work to make sure the experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible. I particularly appreciated the casual demeanor and friendliness of Mister T there as well. If I had a friend who was looking to buy a car, I would not hesitate to suggest giving LHM Hyundai a look, and I would specifically point him or her in the direction of Alisha Jones without a second thought. What a wonderful experience It was from the moment I walked on to the car lot up until the moment drove home in my new Hyundai Elantra limited edition. Sean and Frankie went above and beyond to make sure that I went home with the exact car I Wanted, that they even had my car shipped in due to not having the color I wanted on the day of my visit. Larry Miller Hyundai is a great dealership with wonderful staff and I will be recommending them to all family and friends. More
I had purchased a Sonata 6 months prior to this experience. It was totaled after I sat at a red light after an SUV slammed into me. I was desperate to get the same car again. This dealership worked tirelessly to find me the exact car with the same features as my original purchase. In addition they tired to keep it as close to the original deal I was given as possible. Inventory was low and the car I had before was a diamond in the rough. While I waited and Shawn (the salesperson) searched to find me just the right car, I was given a dealership rental for free. The car I eventually purchased had all the features but not the exact color but one I liked. I was so impressed with how they helped me deal with this trying and overwhelming experience. They tried their best to give me exactly what I wanted and delivered. I would go back to purchased a car in the future and recommend heading here for helpful, friendly and respectful service. More
