I have found on a number of visits Chris would go beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a se beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a service man wait till my tow got there, fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and I was a happy camper. On my last visit my rear door was out of line, he adjusted the striker plate at no cost. He has never tried to sell me service that I did no really need. Has always tried to get finished in a Mim. of time. More
My service rep was interested in my complete satisfaction and was eager to address all my concerns. After 4 weeks of actively looking for a new SUV, my husband and I decided on a Hyundai Tucson. Kris Whye, the salesman, was going to give us the lowest price after an on-line price war with 6 Hyundai husband and I decided on a Hyundai Tucson. Kris Whye, the salesman, was going to give us the lowest price after an on-line price war with 6 Hyundai dealers in the area. I was aware of salesmen tricks so I kept in close contact with Kris. The day we drove the 2 hours to pick up the vehicle, I emailed Kris before leaving home and had him fax me the deal with details. I told him I was on my way down and to start the paperwork. I made it clear to him the exact vehicle I wanted, the options and the availability. He said he actually had 2 on the lot and that he would start the process and see me when I got there. After driving 2 hours and arriving at the Hyundai dealership we stepped out of our vehicle and were greeted by a salesman that went to find Kris. Kris quickly came out of the office but was hesitant about taking us to our new vehicle...that's because there was no vehicle. He quickly back-pedaled and said he could have it here soon. His idea of "soon" was possibly tomorrow. I asked for the manager and after seeing that his proposition of buying my dinner wasn't soothing me, he became angry and stormed off yelling, "No deal, no deal". I have a feeling this would have been just the beginning of the lies that were on the way. We went across the street to the Mazda dealer and bought a brand new Mazda CX-5 and drove it home that evening. We were treated with respect and courtesy at the Mazda dealership with none of the bull. If you are thinking about buying a Hyundai, don't get it at Larry Miller Hyundai. More
Back in 2011, my (then) fiancee purchased a 2007 Subaru Forester from the Larry Miller Hyundai dealership in Peoria / Phoenix, Arizona. I was living in Detroit, Michigan at the time and honestly, I found it somewhat hard to believe that this particular dealership was everything that she said that it was. Still, I took her at her word. After all, I was in Detroit, and she was in Phoenix. Fast forward to just over a year later. My wife and I are now happily married and living in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Unfortunately, her Subaru Forester was rear-ended in an accident and totalled. Upon receiving the call from the insurance company stating that they were totaling out the Forester, my wife insisted on contacting Larry Miller Hyundai, hoping to secure another vehicle from them, preferably within the same price range as the previous one. That's when we met Alisha Jones. Over the years, I've purchased many different vehicles from many different dealerships, and have dealt with many different salespersons. Needless to say, some dealers / salespeople were better than others. And then you meet a salesperson like Alisha Jones. Of all the salespeople I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, ALISHA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I'VE ENCOUNTERED! And that's not just my opinion......my wife feels the same way! From the moment my wife and I walked through the door at Larry Miller Hyundai, Alisha was attentive, professional (but not stuck-up), knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. With her easy-going style, we felt extremely comfortable with the transaction from start to finish. In fact, dealing with Alisha didn't feel like dealing with a "regular" auto salesperson. Alisha made the entire experience extremely friendly and comfortable. The end result? We now have a BETTER car than we had before we met Alisha, at basically the same cost we were paying for the other vehicle (actually it's a little more, but the increase is negligible. Plus the car we're driving now is sooooooooo much better than the Forester, so it's all good!). Ok. It's time for the million-dollar question: will we tell our friends about Larry Miller Hyundai? Actually, we already have! As a result of our great time at Larry Miller Hyundai, me and my wife have been sharing our experience with various family members and friends. We've even been engaging in some serious "name-dropping". Yes, Alisha Jones, my wife and I have been telling everyone about your A+++ service, so don't be surprised if you're swamped with phone calls from our family and friends! The bottom line? My wife and I have been truly blessed to purchase our Hyundai Sonata from Larry Miller Hyundai. An extra bonus within that blessing was having Alisha Jones as our salesperson. She is.....without a doubt.....the absolute BEST car salesperson we've ever dealt with. Alisha, you've been a blessing to us and I'm sure you're a blessing to many others. I love my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport I just purchased from the dealer. The vehicle is amazing in every way! It was exactly what I was looking for! The price was also very reasonable. I also want to recognize Alisha Jones, who was my sales rep. She was very thorough through the entire process. She immediately got back to me when I inquired about the vehicle from viewing it online. She was willing to bring the vehicle to me for showing and once the purchase was made she dropped it off to me and returned my rental for me. She had prior knowledge of my accident in my prior Jeep, and when she was driving it out to me she experience something she felt was unsafe with the 2011 Jeep. She immediately had the vehicle brought back to the business that installed the lift and had them check the vehicle. She showed great care and concern for me not just about making the sale. I really appreciated this! It made me feel like I was getting quality product from Larry Miller. She made my purchase much smoother and enjoyable!! Thank you Alisha and the Larry Miller family!! More

I was a large ticket salesman for over 25 years and I truly appreciate working with a salesman and not an order taker. Unfortunately we were unable to find something that we absolutely loved, so at this point in time we are not making a purchase. More
I wanted a new 2013 Sonata, and requested a call back via Internet. A few hours later I got a call from Ruben Mendez, I gave him all my info over the phone so he could tell me if we could make the deal happe Internet. At first he said that he didn't think I could get the car I wanted for the monthly payment that I wanted, so I thanked him and thought that was the end of it. A few hours later he called me at work and said that he could make it work. I was so excited, I got off work and took my family from Laveen to his dealership in Peoria. We got there excited to choose a color of the Sonata, and he came out and greeted us, and said this is what I worked up the deal with, it was a 2011 dark gray Sonata, which was nice, BUT it was NOT a 2013, when I asked why, he said that the car was a CERTIFIED per owned Sonata and that he could work a good deal. I was very hesitant, and it took me 2 hours to make up my mind, but I said ok...they worked up the paperwork and I had to leave a 1,000 check for a down payment which he agreed not to be deposited until October 5th, AFTER my mortgage payment. Next day he calls and said that I couldn't be approved, and that they were going to try another bank. The following day they called and said they got me approved thru HYUNDAI, but that I needed to come in and sign new paperwork. I get there and and they had new paperwork alright! The car was 19,000 plus fees came out to 21,000 the first time. THIS time it was 24,000!! I asked why, and he said they had to "Certify" my car in order for HYUNDAI to finance me!! I told him you said this car was a certified used car since day one, all of a sudden I have to pay 3,000 to certify?? Bottom line they were trying to add 3,000 to my bill for the warranty, because the finance company was giving me a better rate. I told Ruben if I am going to pay 24,000 it better be a brand new 2013 Sonata! He still refused and said the new one would be more like 26,000 and that he couldn't do that. I told them to unwind the deal, and that I would just take back my trade. They finally removed the extended warranty (that was optional) which he was trying to force on me, and I did take the car(only because my family fell in love with it), I got it for the 21,000 with a much lower finance rate which knocked my payment down 60.00. Then David the paperwork guy would not let me post date the check until the 5th of October as requested, but Ruben and David said just to call them (which I did call Ruben on the 30th of September , to remind him not to deposit until the 5th, he re-assured me it would be fine...End of story right?? HELL NO!, he emailed me, NOT CALLED ME, Monday the 1st, to say that he simply didn't get to the finance ladies on time, and that they deposited the check on Monday the 1st so that I would be advised that the check would hit my bank on Tuesday!!! Really?? I couldn't believe what kind of lowlife, and no morals person I have been dealing with since the beginning !!STAY AWAY FROM RUBEN MENDEZ & THIS DEALERSHIP! RUBEN IS A LIAR AND A CON MAN,& I AM TAKING THIS TO COURT!!! MORE TO COME!! These are Ruthless people that are there only to take your money!! No matter how they do it !! Tell your friends please!! Don't believe anything that comes out of RUBEN'S mouth!!! More
