Craig Mathias was very helpful in the repairs we needed done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. He corresponded with my husband regarding his findings and advised what actually "needed" to be taken care of and what didn't or could wait until a later date which we really appreciated. We are retired and on a budget. We found him to be professional and congenial and will not hesitate to ask for him in the future. Best customer service I have ever experienced. I was having complications with another dealership, to the point of me asking for a refund of my down payment and returning their vehicle. During that proc having complications with another dealership, to the point of me asking for a refund of my down payment and returning their vehicle. During that process I was on the phone with, James H'oard looking to do business with his dealership. After receiving my down payment from the other dealership I quickly drove to Larry H Miller Hyundai and to my surprise, James H'oard and Jeremy Hough already had the deal and my vehicle ready. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. Not only did they get me in the car I wanted, they also got me a lower APR, a better style package, the color vehicle I wanted, and handled my business with a level of professionalism that is second to none. I already love my blue Hyundai Velsoter and look forward to handling all of my automotive needs through them. Thank you guys again for the great experience! More

From the moment we walked into Larry Miller Hyundai we were treated like valued customers. Bruce was kind and courteous and took time to get to know us and what we were looking for. My car suddenly experienced engine trouble and was not driveable. Service got me right in without and appointment a had the car back on the road in one day.
