I dealt with Mario Ruiz by phone from the East Coast. He was very accommodative, easy to work with and extraordinarily patient with my plethora of questions. He arranged for Nick Hines, Jr. to pick us up from the PHX airport in our new car. Nick is a terrific young man who attended to us at the dealership. The only negative comment is that Mario hadn't had the new, corrected leasing paperwork prepared when we arrived at the dealership. In addition, the car had not been "detailed." We had expected to get to the dealership, sign our paperwork and leave in a relatively short time. Instead, after travelling all day from New York, it took us nearly two hours of sitting and waiting around to get processed. Other than that the rest of our experience with Larry H. Miller Hyundai in Peoria, AZ was fantastic. This rating website however made submitting my review very difficult!!! More
Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Diagnose of problem was accurate and car was clean and ready at the estimated time. Original phone contact with Shauna was very cordial, customer friendly and informative. I had to cancel several appts. and she was very patient while waiting for me to schedule another appt. I was extremely nervous the day I finally came in to meet and go for a test drive. Once I met Shauna in person all of that went away. I was totally comfortable and felt that we had an immediate connection. She found the car I was looking for and we did a test drive. It was a Santa Fe. Then I saw this beautiful Tucson in Garnet Red sitting outside the showroom window and BOOM!!! that was it. We went in, negotiated and I left as a very happy buyer. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction from phone, to showroom, to test drive, to credit mgr. to leaving my car behind and driving off in my new Tucson. More

When I first arrived, I told the gentleman nearest the entrance door that I had a 1:00 appt., but couldn't remember with who. In the meantime, I saw Tim H. & he immediately looked me up & found my appt. & took care of taking my car to be serviced for the 5000 mi, check up. Tim continues to be THE BEST service person I've had hands down! More

Great service, engine light, took car into Earnhardt on Monday Veteran Day, experienced very POOR service, told me it was battery charged me $140 and asked to have someone come pick me up so they could do Monday Veteran Day, experienced very POOR service, told me it was battery charged me $140 and asked to have someone come pick me up so they could do farther investigation, my ride came to pick me up and car was ready after I had someone come and pick me up.
