Conner was stellar. Let me begin by saying I despise the car buying process. I do not like pushy, aggressive salespeople and in most dealerships, this is the status quo. In my experience with Conner, this was certainly not the case. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not "pushy." He was not arrogant and if he did not know the answer, he would admit it and not try and bluff me with a "bogus" answer. In my opinion, the car business needs to change and what I saw in Conner is the direction it needs to go. It does not have to be a miserable experience that forces people like me to avoid stepping foot on the property. Thanks to Conner, I now feel a little less disdain for the industry and process.
