We did not intend to purchase same day so we opted to view cars, interview to determine budget and test drive a few realistic options pre running numbers for pre approval with finance. The associates were respectful of this and the pace we wanted to take during the process. Each person we made contact with on the property was helpful, professionally dressed and welcomed us. The associates, Rich and Justin, helped pair us with a vehicle that was in the budget we set and had all the desired safety and a few extras. There was never any pressure to make a decision and when we needed time to discuss in private they honored this without limitation and we never felt judged. The staff, Justin Mauer, “coach” Rich Metcalf and Billy Phister in finance each took so much pride in their expertise and treated us like we were a part of each of their family. Miller had the exact trim, color and low miles I was looking for. Marisa took care of me via phone and text on Saturday and got all the paperwork completed. Edgar took care of us on Sunday by picking us up at the rental car facility, getting our signatures and keeping us company while waiting our turn to finalize all the paperwork. He also went over all the car's bells and whistles in an easy to understand way. Even though we bought a used car, there was still a big red bow presentation of the vehicle which was similar to picking up our "luxury brand" vehicles at the factory in Sweden.
