Hunter greeted us and was the perfect combination of both professional and personable. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few (like-new) preowned Hyundai’s that marked all the must haves we gave him. He was very knowledgeable about each car and we appreciated that he didn’t try to up-sell us beyond what our budget was. He answered every question throughly and demonstrated all the vehicle features as we were test driving. We eventually decided on the Hyundai Elantra. The price was extremely reasonable and I was shocked at the warranty! I couldn’t believe we were able to get both a beautiful and quality car while staying in our budget! They also, by far have the best warranty of any car dealership I have ever been to!! It’s obvious that they really stand behind their vehicles and strive to give their customers quality service (even 10 yrs down the road!). The purchase process went smoother than any past experience of purchasing a vehicle. We assumed we would be there all afternoon, but the whole process sped right along and we were out of there in our new car within no time at all! The whole staff from finance to management were fantastic! Offering drinks and snacks as we were doing paperwork. My husband told me on our way home how impressed he was with how each dept worked really well with one another and said specifically, “That dealership runs like a well oiled machine.” Which says a lot since my husband also runs a business as a GM, so he’s always paying attention to every detail and the all around customer experience. I highly recommend Larry Miller Hyundai of Peoria!! In fact, my sister told me she will be going to see Hunter about purchasing a new vehicle after she heard about what a awesome experience we had! Great People I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, and not many options. Rich found one for me, and we worked on the price. I had already done some comparison shopping, so he quoted me a price with a terrific discount and rebate. I was ready to buy. I was handed off to Jeff Alves, one of the Finance people, he was also polite and very informative. I was making a large down payment, but still needed to do a loan for the balance. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to Un-freeze my credit, so that caused a delay in knowing what me Interest Rate would be. So, the purchase was on hold until I got things cleared for Jeff to pull my credit. Eventually, Jeff found me a very good rate, and the deal was done. Rich showed me around the dealership - I was very impressed. The entire place was very clean, including the Service Area, and the coffee and snacks made available for customers waiting on their cars was impressive. And, as an OMG moment, Rich drove all of the way out to Wickenburg to pick me up so I could get my brand new Sante Fe. We had a real nice chat both at the dealership and on the road. Rich and Jeff provided outstanding service and customer care. I look forward to a long relationship with them and Larry Miller Hyundai. I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq and had the privilege of working with a salesperson named "Buddy Lee" and Mikah (who was being trained by Bu I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq and had the privilege of working with a salesperson named "Buddy Lee" and Mikah (who was being trained by Buddy). Buddy listened to me when I explained what I wanted, and helped me narrow down some choices. He took adequate time for me to test drive the vehicles I was considering, and he explained the features of each vehicle. He informed me about the vehicle features and the warranties offered for used vs. new. He was not pushy at all and it was not stressful working with him. In fact, although our interaction was fairly short in the scheme of things, I felt like the 3 of us actually became friends in some small way. We even added each other on Facebook! Buddy was the main person passing on information, but Mikah was super personable and receptive to learning. He had a great personality and, I think, potential. I believe he will be even more of an asset to the dealership soon. I worked with Addison in management and he was also very friendly and helped negotiate a fair price for me. He even had to work out getting the vehicle I wanted from another location. I worked with Dshon for financing, and found him pleasant as well. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful. Even the cashier was nice. I don't remember her name, but she told me to celebrate the purchase of getting a new vehicle, and was so genuine in her excitement for me. As a matter of fact, all the people I came into contact with at the dealership were nice. The environment there is not what most dealerships have. Overall the entire sales staff was professional, personable, and as fair as possible. It's not what I expect when I think about buying a car, but it was refreshing. I had a very positive experience there and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. By the way, I love the car! I recommend the Hyundai Ioniq for sure! More
