Luis was great, Jeff was a magician and the although it was five hours it never get that long. They had patience and drive and listened to all of our wants for a new car. I will be returning when I need another car. More

I have never been more confortable buying a new car! Marisa was very professional and made me feel very relaxed and not pressured to buy anything. After my test drive, we sat down and looked for the Hyun Marisa was very professional and made me feel very relaxed and not pressured to buy anything. After my test drive, we sat down and looked for the Hyundai Santa Fe in the color and interior I wanted and the only one left was 200 miles away. Marisa knew how picky I was about the new cars condition that she went down the 200 miles to pick it up herself and drive it back so I knew it would be driven carefully and then presented it to me. I couldn't have been more excited when I saw this new car in person. Marisa went through every knob and lever in the car and all the features and helped me set up the Bluelink services to make sure I was comfortable with all the gadgets in the new car so when I drove away there was nothing left to do but enjoy my drive. I will recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a car and not go through the nightmare like I have done at other dealerships over the years. More
A/C Service and Oil Change Service and repair I went to Larry Miller for my 2005 Sonata Hyundai to have a oil change and A/C service to be checked. Oil change was perfect and the A/C needed a New I went to Larry Miller for my 2005 Sonata Hyundai to have a oil change and A/C service to be checked. Oil change was perfect and the A/C needed a New Compressor, I figured that what it was. A/C will freeze you out of the car, just seems to take a little longer to get cold than it did before. Belt squeaked a couple of times, so I guess its ok now. Larry Miller said, no we want it right so they said to bring it back and they will make sure everything is working perfect, that surprised me. They are really concerned on my behalf. The service Manager Kevin made sure I was 100% taken care of and that my car will be returned in perfect looking and working condition. He offered a few other things that really put a huge smile on my face as to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I have to say I have never seen a dealership so concerned over minor matters, as I had mentioned to him that there was some grease on the inside of my car and I did clean it up, same with under the hood, most people may not even be concerned but I keep my car 100% in perfect clean condition. Kevin was was really concerned about that and said it should have not happened and will take care or it and my car, I am more than please with the way Kevin is taking care of this minor problem for me. I will continue doing all my service for my Sonata at Larry Miller. More
Alex was awesome, upfront and honest. I told him about some out the door pricing I received from a competitor and he said if I had a quote from them in writing they might be able to match I told him about some out the door pricing I received from a competitor and he said if I had a quote from them in writing they might be able to match it. We came in looking for a white 2019 Santa Fe, alas none in stock but 2nd choice of silver was in stock. After talking with Alex we got some numbers and had to think so we went to grab a bite to eat. I text him and told him we were coming back. By this time the competition had sent me a quote for a white Santa Fe with the interior we wanted. But we liked Alex so we came in and showed him the written estimate. He came back from management and said he wouldn’t be able to match the competitors price. But they got 850.19 higher than competition. We countered and said we would accept their price if they could put in a remote keystart. Alex went back to see if they would and they came back and said that would be 500.00 more (their cost) so now we are going to the other dealership to give them our business, through what I believe to be no fault of Alex’s. So with the price differential of about 350.00 dollars (had they put in the remote start) we would have signed right there on the spot and bought a car from this dealership. Alex you did great but since the dealership fell short, I don’t think we will be returning in the future to buy a vehicle there. I wish Alex the best as he was upfront and honest throughout he whole process and is the ONLY reason this dealership is getting 3 stars I would have rated them lower. More
Amazing Customer Service We traveled to Arizona from Los Angeles to see The Rolling Stones. Our hotel was right across the street from Larry H. Miller's dealership. I took the car over the next morning at 7 A.M. and explained my situation and although I did not have an appointment, they were accommodating and helpful. Service Advisor, Ashleigh Ray was phenomenal!!! She said they would diagnose the problem and call me as soon as possible. She called within an hour and said the problem was a broken skid plate(plus some routine maintenance). She had the car ready by 10 A.M. My wife commented on how well organized Ashleigh was and how she was in charge of her department!!! Great Job To Larry H. Miller Hyundai!!!!! I expect to see Ashleigh Ray running one of your service departments in the near future!!! More
