We had a 2017, but traded in for a 2019 Sonata instead of the Sport. In our short time so far, the car has proved it was the best choice for us. My insurance was lowered with the choice due to the safety features. I was hoping to either lower payments for either the car or insurance. Every person at this dealership has always been polite and dealing with the public that has problems with having a bad day or just overall nasty people. Yet, each person shows or tries to make you important. Yes, they are sales people, but also, human. Your service department is top rate too. I've lived in five states and this dealership is the best. You'll Be Pleasantly Surprised I just bought a Hyundai Palisade. Because it's so new & hot, many dealers are adding thousands of dollars to the MSRP. Not Larry Miller Hyuandai. But that's not the best part - the best part was Marisa Balderaz - she was wonderful - knowledgeable, on the ball, and best of all - warm, friendly and truly excited to be helping find the car that I was looking for and making it work. When she saw that the one that I was looking for was going to be coming in, she immediately jumped on it and called me - you would have thought that I was the only customer in the place. In literally a matter of minutes it was a done deal. She literally said that she thought that she was more excited than I was, which is crazy. She stayed on it for 6 weeks, constantly texting to keep me up-to-speed during the process. I've bought, or have leased a ton of cars over the years (BMW's, Mercedes, Audi's, etc.) and have never experienced anything like this regardless of how much I spent or how chichi the dealership. Maintenance I had gone to another Haundai dealer and received.poor service, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Good service but took twice as long as expected Was in for 30,000 check up. Timing was estimated between 3-4 hours. It took 6 hours because the mechanics were shorthanded.
