Service advisor never called me when the car was finished I finally call him and found out it was ready. When I confronted his failure he pointed at my number on an invoice and said there’s the number I call I finally call him and found out it was ready. I explained that doesn’t prove anything , you evidently dialed it wrong I can show you I didn’t receive a call from him. He refused to admit his failure to give me a call as promised.
