I have a lot to say about the staff over at Larry H Miller Hyundai. And for the 1st time in my life with as many vehicles I have purchased I can say with confidence this has been my best experience. I Miller Hyundai. And for the 1st time in my life with as many vehicles I have purchased I can say with confidence this has been my best experience. I don’t think I’ve ever made a purchase from any dealer, at any time, and left and said with confidence that I will be back. Well, this was the case. Purchasing a vehicle can be 1 of the most stressful things 1 can do. Especially if you don’t have unlimited resources and money is an object. There’s the stress of the trade in. Then are you dealing with honest people where both parties can walk away happy. The price of the car you are purchasing. There’s so many obstacles to overcome during this process. Time is also a huge issue. They made the entire experience extremely pleasant from start to finish. I made a phone call and was greeted by Adreonna. She helped me from start to finish. I told her my budget and asked if she could save us both time by running some preliminary numbers to even see if the truck I wanted was in my budget. I knew it was going to be close but I honestly thought with my trade there was no chance and I would need to look for a lesser truck. She called me back and said I think we can make this happen. That night I went to see her. They ran some quick numbers, and while they were good I was forced to leave. Not much but more than I wanted to spend monthly. Rates aren’t the best right now so that is yet another obstacle. So without any hassle I decided to take the night to think about it. The following morning she gave me a call and they were able to get a little closer. Some of you might say will why not get that number the 1st time. In this situation unlike some dealers the change was just a matter of a few dollars. The 1st deal they gave be was honestly very good. Again, you have to be realistic with what you want and what you can afford. They didn’t start with some crazy high number then come back being able to save be 100’s of dollars a month. Those are the ones that truly upset me and make you wonder if it’s even worth giving that dealership the business. The new number was close enough to where I thought about it and decided I didn’t want to lose a good deal on a great truck. Adreonna was also so nice that I really wanted to make the deal happen for her also. So I went in and we got the ball rolling. The entire process might have taken 2 hours at best. This is not typical when buying a new/used car. It can drag on for hours and hours. Then came time to deal with the finance manager. I usually don’t even care about what they are offering but he was incredible. He made it easy for me to decide on things I wanted and kept it extremely affordable. With that being said have realistic expectations when making a purchase. You can’t buy a 100k dollar car unless you can afford one. There’s no math they can do to make that happen for you. But the 1 thing I will say is these guys will do the best they can to get you in the car you want while making the entire experience pleasant. I look forward to building a relationship with the staff over at Larry H Miller Hyundai along with there other dealerships if necessary. Don’t forget it’s not just Hyundai’s they have a great selection of pre-owned vehicles and will work hard in a timely fashion to get you taken care. Thank you, Joe P 👍👍 More
