I immediately called the service guys and asked if they could go see if it was still there, it was the longest 4 minutes of my life; as the purse had a lot of Christmas cash in it...the service guys were FABULOUS, to take time to check it out for me. We have encountered a few issues with the Accord (bought new in 2009) but LMH continues to help us, with the items that seemed to have come up!! I cannot say another dealership would have offered such stellar service;-) We have brought 2 other individuals, who in turn bought vehicles from the dealership (1 of them has since bought another!!) We will not go anywhere else! More

Manager Jeff Litty has been at Honda since I got my first car there, he's wonderful to do business with. As long as he is there, I will continue to be a life-long customer. I was unexpectedly contacted directy by Benjamin Sterling about new lease offers available and 2014 models still on that lot. He and Jeff ran numbers for me all day while I was at work. I was able to go in, pick the color I wanted, take it for a quick drive, sign the paperwork, and was leaving the lot with my new car, all within a couple of hours. The only part of the experience I was not 100% pleased with is that my salesman told me after my down payment that night, my first payment wouldn't be due on the car for 45 days. But the gentleman who did all my paperwork in the finance office, Brian Ogilvie, near the end of all the signing, told me my salesman KNEW that was not true and that because I was leasing, the payment would be due in 30 days, not 45. That was a little disappointing. I had just made a payment on my Civic on 10/17, was now making a down payment on my new car on 11/4, and was going to have another payment due 12/3. So due to the time of my transaction, I unfortunately more than doubled myself up in payments this month. But that was the only downside to my experience. My payment actually went down $5 per month and I love my new car. I really appreciate the service and how friendly and helpful everyone is at Larry Miller Honda. More

We were originally in a just looking stage. After he finished showing us a few cr-v's we were sold. Sean & sales manager made the deal happen. As it turned out the website listed the Utah dealership for the Boise Dealership, this was confirmed by the Boise Service Manager, Jeff was very accommodating and helpful, and he worked us in to the hectic service schedule. An oil change took greater than 2 hours but we were satisfied because we had driven 60 miles. More

Ended up I was on both and will have to go thru the necessary steps to fix this. Car was also in Larry Millers shop 2 months previously for a faulty rear differential and car was reported as 'nothing we know is wrong with it". Granted I should be a little more pro-active in reading of contracts etc... but to a certain extent it would be nice to trust a dealer such as Larry Miller. More
