Too Much Time for Oil Change I made a phone reservation to have my Honda Accord serviced. When I arrived at the service area there was line up. When a service writer came to me I made a phone reservation to have my Honda Accord serviced. When I arrived at the service area there was line up. When a service writer came to me he was very nice and professional and said they were running a little behind and it would take at least an hour. I was a puzzled by that statement because I had made my appointment almost a week in advance. I mean, it shouldn't be that difficult to schedule oil changes. It takes about a half hour per car, so you schedule one per bay per half hour, right. Anyway after waiting 50 minutes I noticed my car hadn't left its parking spot. I when to the service desk and brought this to their attention and let them know I had an appointment and didn't think it was right to take my time when I done all the right things. They immediately took my car into a service bay and did the service job and had my car out in about 15 minutes. So, I wasn't happy with the initial wait time, but they made up by addressing the problem fast. I'll be back, but I am hoping for a better experience next time. More

To be honest, I was stopping in to ask about a few used cars I saw in another Larry H. Miller lot a block down where I couldn't find any help. Ron was walking out the door and spotted me, asked me if I needed help and ten minutes later I was test driving my dream car. Great experience. Highly recommend Ron and LHM. More

Jorge was very efficient and clearly reviewed findings. I have utilized LMH servicing department to keep my Hondas running at top condition for over a decade. I continue to go to the Boise site, even thoug I have utilized LMH servicing department to keep my Hondas running at top condition for over a decade. I continue to go to the Boise site, even though my work pulls me out of town for weeks at a time. I only trust these fine people and know I will be treated fairly.
