Outstanding Service I took my car in for servicing and was met by a young lady who immediately took me over to the service advisor, Mr. Bender who then explained the work I took my car in for servicing and was met by a young lady who immediately took me over to the service advisor, Mr. Bender who then explained the work and time it would take and if I wanted to wait I could go to the waiting area and when finished he would come and get me. In about 30-40 minutes Mr. Bender came and got me and explained everything that they did and gave me the paperwork and escorted me to my car. Excellent friendly service. More

I was asked when I checked in my CRV if there was anything in particular that I would like done or checked. It served as a reminder that there might be something special that needed to be done. I did ask that the tires be rotated, if needed, and that all the fluid levels be checked and topped off. All of those services are part of an oil change, I expect, but everything I mentioned was noted on my receipt. I felt I had been listened to and my requests respected. This is not always the case when a woman visits a service garage. The waiting area is comfortable (although the volume on the TV is a bit loud) and I appreciate your availability of hot tea while I wait. More
