I 'worked' with 'My Manager' indirectly through Benjamin through the whole experience, no idea who or which one(s)... Certainly a fundamental frustration of mine - the 'my manager' phrase at a car dealership is one of my least favorite phrases. More

Horrible!! I purchased a car back in July of this year. That was horrible, they forced me into buying a car. I felt trapped. I wanted a Ford Fiesta but got a com I purchased a car back in July of this year. That was horrible, they forced me into buying a car. I felt trapped. I wanted a Ford Fiesta but got a completely different car. They said that I didn't have the right credit for that car.... $5,000 cheaper than the car I bought. That is completely shady. Now this car clearly has a problem with the brakes. I have to change it every month, within the last month and a half I thought they had fixed it, they said that they put on more advanced brake pads... The car's brakes are now grinding! Again!! They last 4 times that I took the car in they did the brakes that day... now I have to wait until Thursday. I have work, I need my brakes to be fully functional! Now I have to borrow a car. This is just unbelievable! This is a lemon car and it will be the 5th time trying to fix the problem! I am very very very unhappy! I am NEVER going back and I am NEVER EVER recommending this place to anybody who needs a good car. More
