Do yourself a favor, drive to Nampa Possibly the most poorly managed car dealership in the treasure Valley. They will make promises and not follow through and then lie to your face. I'm Possibly the most poorly managed car dealership in the treasure Valley. They will make promises and not follow through and then lie to your face. I'm not sure how they actually stay solvent with the extreme poor customer service they provide. The "team" should head over to Nampa to see how a car dealership can be operated without infuriating the customer. They promised the right of first refusal on a new vehicle based on a 500 dollar deposit and then didn't bother to follow-up with any information related to the planned transaction for the next 7 weeks. Richard proceeded to lie about leaving a message on my phone. Complete amateur move by someone with zero integrity. Then it went from bad to worse when the alleged manager on duty attempted to refuse to provide a refund. Eventually restitution was made after I argued with them but the fact remains the employees at this dealership can't be trusted and don't understand the basic concepts of customer service. Apparently they believe the cost of entering the building is 500 dollars so they can proceed to lie to your face. They also planned to try to extort 3000 dollars over MSRP if the transaction had occurred. Horrible business execution with no regard for the customer is how I would describe my Overall experience. Easier than I ever imagined it would be! I walked in initially to service my old car, and got a chance to browse around. I didn't grow up in the US, and moved here only a few years ago, and had to start building credit. So a car purchase seemed like something so far away. At least until I met Ron and Brian. Ron showed me a brand new Honda Fit, and Brian figured out the finances. I never thought I'd drive out of there with a new car, but they made it happen, and within what I was ready to handle financially. Me and my Fit are very happy together and I see many adventures ahead thanks to these guys. Thank you! More

Ron coordinated the accessories and they were installed in less than 48 hours! He completely exceeded our expectations and came in on his day off to meet our schedule. Justin made the financing process quick and enjoyable. He was also professional and fun. He did a great job of talking through the extended warranties to ensure we understood each option and select the right ones for us and our specific needs. Derrick met us in Service the day the accessories were installed. He was professional and thorough. He called an hour before the estimated finish time to say our vehicle was ready to go. He even congratulated us one final time on our purchase. We could not be happier with our overall experience. More

She has special needs that require having a car where entering and exiting is very easy, while, matching my needs of style, equipment, reliability and the right price. Larry Miller Honda was the third dealership that I selected. Ron Tomek entered this process on the second day and we were able to work out a deal on the third day. The selection of the 2016 CR-V Touring that I finally selected and bought was done over three day period. Getting the right color, model, and price was worked out. Ron's professionalism, care, and handling of this purchase for me and my wife was a major factor in our purchasing the new CR-V. If he had not taken over the handling of the purchase I would not have went back on the third day. He walk me through the entire process and made sure that it was as painless as possible. I would recommend him and Larry Miller Honda to any family member and friends that were in the need of a GREAT vehicle. Brian Ogilvie, the finance specialist, was also a pleasure dealing with. He is very professional in his organization and mannerism in assisting his customers that made the finance process seamless and easy to accomplish. More

He walked me through my options step by step. Test drive was a comfortable experience (one that is typically nerve wrecking for me). He taught me a lot about the vehicle and helped me to get familiar with its features. He even stayed back after closing to work on getting my phone synced with the car. He made me aware that free weekly car washes are available and that i could do my monthly services there. He found the best deal for me along with his team. Thanks to him I was able to drive away in a 2014 Ford fiesta hatchback with only 34000+ miles the very same day. I will certainly be recommending him along with Larry Miller Honda to everyone! Salespeople are salespeople but still care. When going to Larry Miller Honda it is still a good idea to look up what to expect from salespeople. But say you end up like me and you run your car i When going to Larry Miller Honda it is still a good idea to look up what to expect from salespeople. But say you end up like me and you run your car into the ground sooner then you wanted. I know that I would be buying a car in a couple of days but I was just going to test drive today. How ever I loved the Honda Pilot. So I decided to buy that day have not bought a car in eleven years I was not prepared for all the coverage that I could get. Before I know it I was putting my name on more coverage then needed. Like interior stain coverage, for some they maybe great. But I am the type that would not refinish or get a new dinning table until all the fond memories wear away. When I talk to them after the fact they refunded the extra coverage. Note if you get interior or exterior coverage it is not refundable after you have the coating put on. So if you want to save time trying to get coverages removed look up want the dealers are going to offer you when buying a car so you can say up front I want this and not that. However, if you get sucked in it is nice to know that this place understands and does not fight refunds of coverages. Also note they have great maintenance and warranty coverage one certified pre owned. More
