VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE CHECK WAS CASHED!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE...DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING BUT VOICEMAILS AND CALLS NOT RETURNED!! THEN ADD IN HATEFUL RUDENESS!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE...DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING BUT VOICEMAILS AND CALLS NOT RETURNED!! THEN ADD IN HATEFUL RUDENESS!! The actual transaction of purchasing the car was smooze and easy...Of course!!!! Though an offer of a bottle of water or beverage while we waited for finance would have been nice. My 80 year old father bought a pre-certified 2 yr old Odyssey only to take it back 2 weeks later for bad rotors...But a call to the salesman Ron (at my dad's request) was a returned messaged (hours later) from an abrupt and clearly annoyed and rude salesman, apparently for bothering him, only to tell us to call the service department. Well, that took three phones calls and three messages to get ANYONE to return our call to schedule service. Was told that the two service receptionsists and the manager were too busy that day to get back to us or actually answer the phone. When he finally was able to get his car in to be checked, they made him wait over 4 hours in the service waiting area to fix the vehicle. Yet the expensive warranty he purchased states that a loaner car is part of their service agreement. No loaner car was offered to him and he lives out in caldwell, a 35 minute drive from the dealership! Then when we did not recieve the title in the mail...we called to talk to Brian in the finance dept. He was not available and it took three days and another phone call from us, only to be told by the receptionists that Brian was in and out all week in meetings and that is why he did not return our call. I asked to talk to ANYONE...she put me through to Justin...I got his voicemail. I called back and asked for ANYONE standing areound her, who can talk with me live, then and now! When I told her why I was calling she put me through to Shirley in title....Another voicemail. By this time I am frustrated and my voice is clearly so. When Shirley called me back, I immediately apologized for my frustration...but she clearly took it too personally!! She was abrupt, rude and condescending...telling me that Brian would not have returned my call for privacy purposes. What? So a courtesy call to tell me that he could not just talk to me, but needed to talk to my dad too, was too much to ask for?! Then for Shirley to not accept a customers apology for their frustrated behavior and in turn become rude and downright snippy is not acceptable!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS!! WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!! More
The very best service possible! Getting the recall letter on our car was a very scary thing as we were basically being told NOT to drive our car until the airbag had been replaced. As soon as we called Larry Miller Honda, which is where we purchased the car, we were made to feel at ease and were given what we considered to be above the service we expected. It is wonderful, when dealing with a large corporation, to be made to feel as though you are their only customer and they are going to go overboard to make you happy. That is how we feel about Larry Miller Honda and we cannot say enough about the service person we dealt with through the entire process. Jose Escutia is the most friendly, personable and helpful individual and we cannot imagine dealing with anyone better. The Larry Miller organization is lucky to have him as an employee because any company would want someone like him to represent them. More

She escorted me to the waiting room and showed me around. Barely had time to have coffee, eat popcorn, and make a phone call and my car was done. This type of service is what keeps bringing me back.
