I have bought at least 20 cars from dealers in my life or helped with family and friends. These people understood my needs and understood that when I said go we were gone I made an offer they explIned to me they could not do that, the sales manager jeff came and assisted, he showed me what he had to have out of the car and asked if I would be able to do a little mire then that. I offered 5 hundred more and he said we have a deal I was there a total of about an hour and half and done. I got to say they have my business for life these guys rock, managers and the finance gentleman was stellar I complement who ever was involved that you guys rank among the best!!! We weren't really planning to buy that day, but he was so NOT pushy that we didn't feel pressured and ended up being able to make a good decision on the spot. He even stayed late after closing time to walk us through all the details of our new car and help us get the technology all set up. Great guy, great experience. 2. The Costco Auto program was great.
