When we got back to the dealer he just made the whole process so simple and the easy and explained any questions I had it all regardless of how silly they were. I had my 2019 Honda CRV serviced and discovered my folding chair in the back was missing, I Phoned Chris the next day, he checked with the technician and nobody knew anything.
