I recently purchased a 2020 Rav4 hybrid from this dealership. The main reason I purchased it here was because it was the only dealership that had the trim/color I wanted. However, Mark Miller and Karl Malone Toyota were much easier to work with and upfront about the actual cost of buying the car, so if those dealerships had had the trim I was looking for then I would have bought it from one of them. That was not my main issue though. While negotiating over the purchase, my salesman Triston told me that he would get me the all weather mats package for employee pricing (about half off MSRP). However, he lied and the service department gave me a lesser value package than what Triston and I had discussed. In the end it meant that I had paid full price for the package that was installed on my car. I had to visit the dealership multiple times to demand that they meet the terms of the agreement. They finally gave me the mats that were missing and some unfortunate guy had to deal with the problem and not the salesman that lied to me. To me that shows that the dealership does not care if their salesmen lie to people as long as they make the sale. I am also disappointed because my rav4 hybrid does not take as much gas as it should. This is an issue a lot of people are having with their rav4 hybrids. I asked Triston about the issue before buying the car and he assured me that it was very rare and not something to be concerned about. Another lie from my salesman. More
I had a great shipping experience with Tim Thornhill, Jeff Lee and Austin Mosier! Although I didn't find the exact unit I wanted - all 3 of them made me feel comfortable with my questions and if they HAD Jeff Lee and Austin Mosier! They are all at 3 different Larry H. Miller locations - but all carried the same high level of customer service and quality professionalism. 5 Stars for each!!! More

All of t This is the 2nd year that I’ve brought my Honda Civic to LHM to have the exterior of the car detailed, and I am very happy with the results. All of the water spots on the paint finish are gone, and even the headlight lenses look brand new. In addition to the detail work I also asked Kenny Barker, LHM’s service manager, to replace the windshield wipers and grease the sunroof mechanism. All of the work on the car was done for under $200. Wait, just when I think I'm done and want to get out of there, Larry H Miller Ford adds The "Deal" is not the real deal with Larry H Miller Ford.... Wait, just when I think I'm done and want to get out of there, Larry H Miller Ford adds a meaningless "Theft Protection Charge" for almost $500.00 They did not even mention it beforehand, they sneak it in the fine print. A real bait and switch! When I objected to the charge, and said I did not want it, I was told it was a deal breaker and to take it or leave it. So let me get this correct, Larry H Miller charges a $299.00 Doc Fee? okay... Then (if you catch it) they add a $500.00 "Theft Protection Charge". WOW! They could not even explain what the "theft protection" covered with any certainty. When I told the salesman it was a rip off, he agreed, and told me it was a Larry H Miller product and it was out of his hands. I also objected about this "Larry H Miller Theft Protection Charge" to the paperwork & finance person, he also agreed it was just a ripoff charge. THE ONLY THEFT PROTECTION I REALLY NEEDED, WAS FROM LARRY H MILLER SALES TACTICS. I left Larry H Miller Ford with the new purchase angry & frustrated. I have purchased a least 4 cars from Larry Miller Lexus and 1 from Larry Miller Mercedes just 8 months ago.. Never Again! I will post this everywhere I can. More
