Above and beyond Service! I called Josh Wells on a Friday afternoon to schedule an oil change for my Genesis G80. They were a couple of weeks out due to only a couple of serv I called Josh Wells on a Friday afternoon to schedule an oil change for my Genesis G80. They were a couple of weeks out due to only a couple of service writers that deal with Genesis and I’m only available to come in on Saturdays. He said he would see what he can do and give me a call back. I got a call back within the hour from Ashleigh Ray and she said she was coming in for a little bit the next morning and would be able to squeeze me in. That kind of service is generally unheard of at dealerships in my past experiences. Ashleigh and Josh are a tremendous asset to the LHM team and should be recognized! Because of there amazing customer service is the reason I will be purchasing my next Genesis that I plan to get within the next year from LHM. More

I had my first oil change on my GV80 today. Josh was extremely professional, he was prompt, friendly and my car was ready as promised. I was able to get a lift and get home to take care of business.. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and pulled up ready to go when I arrived. Josh Wells was my service tech. He did a good job of getting the car in and completing the service in less time than he had originally estimated.
