Staff was nice once I was there, but everything else was very poor. It took me almost 2 months to finally get an appointment. I called for an appointment which was a month out but for some reason they didn’ very poor. It took me almost 2 months to finally get an appointment. I called for an appointment which was a month out but for some reason they didn’t put me in the system properly. Called again and finally got a second appointment which was another month wait. Went to my appointment and for a simple tire rotation and oil change it was over three hours. I’ve never had an appointment at a dealership and had it take this long for simple maintenance. Again, staff was nice but would not go back due to long wait and poor scheduling service. More
The service is excellent once it happens. When I bought my Genesis I thought I was the customer and purchased this car for the “promised” service experience. It took 6 weeks to schedule a concierge appointment and it takes several calls to reach Ashley the concierge. It would nice to schedule when it works for me! More

I have not had good luck with the Larry Miller sales department over the years. I was very worried about taking my G70 to their service department as well. There are multiple locations to get my Genesis serviced. I go to Larry Miller for one reason only - Ashleigh - Her customer service and relationship with you during the process is like a good friend assist I go to Larry Miller for one reason only - Ashleigh - Her customer service and relationship with you during the process is like a good friend assisting you . Before Ashleigh took over my service, getting service on any of my cars was fraught with dread, knowing the up-sale or pressure for other services was coming. Not with Ashleigh, she respects your time and money. My trust in Ashleigh now has me just dropping the car off and telling Ashleigh, do what needs to be done. I have owned 3 Genesis's 1 Azera and 2 Sonata's and will need a new Genesis shortly. I know Ashleigh is in Service, but purchasing a New Genesis from Larry Miller, will have to involve Ashleigh - Thx Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria and bigger thanks to Ashleigh. More
Have used Dirk for over 10 years & always 1st class service including this service. However the service tech broke the yellow handle on the oil dip stick. This was discovered when I went to check to service including this service. However the service tech broke the yellow handle on the oil dip stick.
