The service was outstanding. I had a blowout on expressway, AAA put spare on, contacted another dealership for new tire but none n stock, no loaner or valet assistance. Called Miller’s, they had tires and told me to come in. They were busy but squeezed me n without an appointment. Ashleigh greeted me with a smile and provided me with snacks while I waited. She did random checks on me providing status report on vehicle. It was so appreciated as I was still unhinged by the blowout on expressway. Miller’s dealership is my new destination for my Genesis routine/emergency quality service. More
It took over 5 weeks to schedule an oil change. And when they did the work, the car came back with the hood out of alignment. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful. I went to my first service appointment and didn’t have a good experience, I don’t see the value in having one dedicated advisor for Genesis owners if delivering great service is not the priority. I went on good experience, I don’t see the value in having one dedicated advisor for Genesis owners if delivering great service is not the priority. I went on a rainy day and after checking in Ashley gave me the keys to a loaner car, I ended up looking for the loaner in the rain all over parking lot because it wasn’t in the spot she sent me to. This could have been avoided if she brought the vehicle to the drop off area where we were or walk me to the car herself, it seems like it’s okay for the customers to get wet but not her. I’ve owned other luxury brands, the vehicle is great but the service has some catching up to do. More
Service department was rude and not helpful at all. Concierge services promised were not provided. Advisor did not provide their name so picking up the car was miserable.
