Scott, I know that we are currently working on your vehicle with a resolution from Genesis. We will continue to stay in touch with you as we work through the repair. At no point did we tell Genesis that we could not replicate the repair. They have access to our repair data and the conversations that we have with them. You have my sincere apology that there has been a problem with your vehicle.
