I live a long way from your dealership and understood I was bringing it in to get the computer fixed for remote phone start. It was also scheduled for service. Now I have to make another trip back all the way to your dealership. I am frustrated that the repair that was needed and is covered under warranty wasn’t even addressed and the part was not ordered.
