Marissa was amazing, easy to work with and knew what I wanted! Even though we came in for a palisade after talking with her she knew I was looking for a sports car! This was my first experience with Larry Miller Genesis and the dealing was exceptional. Loren Rosenburg was my contact at the dealership and he brought the G70 to my home for a test drive and review. We and the dealing was exceptional. Loren Rosenburg was my contact at the dealership and he brought the G70 to my home for a test drive and review. We sat in my driveway and made a deal on the car. Loren then brought the car to my home again for the delivery.and review of the operations of the car. I can only hope my experience with the service department will equal that of Loren. More
At the beginning the selling agent, Julian, was amazing. His customer service was great and he worked with my husband and myself to get an amazing deal in our new car. When we were getting paperwork signed His customer service was great and he worked with my husband and myself to get an amazing deal in our new car. When we were getting paperwork signed off Julian told me their credit card machine was not working. I was paying the car cash, and remaining balance of $9,500 with card. Julian told me I could take a cashiers check the next morning since banks were already closed but in the mean time I would need to sign something that stated I would be back the following day to pay the remainder of the balance ($9,500) I specifically asked if me signing this agreement would result in a credit check and he told me “no.” If his answer would have been yes I would’ve been more than happy to leave and simply return the next day with full balance in a cashiers check and not sign a “contract”. Since he told me it was not a credit check I signed it and I got a report the next day that I had an inquiry on my credit score, totally unnecessary! All Julian told me they would check my SSN and info to verify I was a “real” person and stated it would not be a credit check. That was the first issue. Second issue was when I got home I realized the key they gave me was not cut, since it’s push to start car I never thought of checking the key at the dealer, stupid move on my part. I called Julian to ask if the key could be cut - I never specified if this would be a courtesy since they sold it like that or if I had to pay so I see no reason why I never received a call back from Julian after he told me he’d speak to his manager and call me back. After I tried calling him on multiple times and when I am going to be “transferred” to him the call suddenly gets dropped. Service was initially great but once the sale is confirmed they no longer care. 12/16/2020 Review: after my review I received a message from Julian about going in and getting the key cut. I went in and spoke to Robert Smith, customer relations manager, and he was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. He and Ana, from parts/service, was equally great! Changed from 1 star to 5. More
Ashleigh is an asset to your corporation.....very efficient and knows the Genesis auto. She assisted on a moments notice with a tire issue and resolved; plus coordinated a loaner for a day. The one downside wa the time I was there at the dealership. it took too long, but in the end it did not negatively impact my decision. or overall experience. More
