It was a pleasure working with Hunter Wood. I dreaded buying a new car because it always is such a hassle. I knew what I wanted (Genesis G-80) and contacted the dealer through the Genesis system. Hunter immediately called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. No pressure, they had exactly what I wanted , including color, being delivered soon so we purchased with future delivery. (Another dealer in Scottsdale wanted a $5000 premium over sticker price because of the demand). Hunter kept us informed about delivery and it even arrived sooner than expected. He spent hours with us going over operating instructions plus indicated he is available almost anytime for further help, if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hunter. Ron T More

First of all, the title of the car dealership is misleading. This is not a dedicate Genesis dealership but rather a Hyundai/Genesis shop. From my experience, you do not get any preferential treatm misleading. This is not a dedicate Genesis dealership but rather a Hyundai/Genesis shop. From my experience, you do not get any preferential treatment as a premium car owner which I find surprising. Prior to buying a G80 in 2018, I was an Infiniti loyal customer and the level of customer service at the Infiniti of Peoria was outstanding. This is not the case with Larry Miller Genesis of Peoria. I am not trying to sound snooty but you purchase a premium brand vehicle for a number of reasons, one of which is the expectation of high customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. I recently took my car in for service for a few minor issues. I found myself arguing with the 'service advisor' about the issues with the car and was told the problem did not exist. Very annoying and more to the point, unprofessional. We still love the G80 and recommend the car to anyone who asks for our opinion. However, based on the slipshod level of customer service at Larry Miller Genesis of Peoria we would not recommend buying a car here. More

I called the Genesis Rep and got no call back about my HUD saying I need service after 3300 miles. I scheduled valet pick up service and got no confirmation.
