Well, I didn't know what to expect since I ordered a Genesis GV80 without seeing the vehicle. I went out to the dealership and was blown away with the professional of the salesman Nick. He was very help Genesis GV80 without seeing the vehicle. I went out to the dealership and was blown away with the professional of the salesman Nick. He was very helpful in showing the different gadgets on the vehicle along with the test drive. It will take me a couple of weeks to familiarize me with the all the technology but it can't be as bad as the gadgets in the cockpit of a USAF tanker. The salesman Jeff was also easy to work with and explained all the financial details. I am looking forward to driving this luxury SUV for many years. More
The service is excellent once it happens. When I bought my Genesis I thought I was the customer and purchased this car for the “promised” service experience. It took 6 weeks to schedule a concierge appointment and it takes several calls to reach Ashley the concierge. It would nice to schedule when it works for me! More

Horrible salesman. I spoke with Austin who told me that their dealership does not sell GV70s to anyone who is in another state when I purchased all of my vehicles from other states and have them shipped to their dealership does not sell GV70s to anyone who is in another state when I purchased all of my vehicles from other states and have them shipped to me. Genesis dealerships in Atlanta and Miami are willing to do that without requiring a buyer to fly in. I could leave a deposit or pay cash for that car. Haven't you heard of courier services and electronic documents? Doesn't your website have an online sales department? You don't "hold" these cars for customers? Why would you still have that car listed if it was sold this morning? So if I bought it now online, it would say it is not in stock then? And it is still listed, isn't it? And I haven't seen a GV70 with a purple interior in stock in the US yet, so purple exterior and interior sold this morning? Did you check your stock and are you being facetious? Are you pulling my leg? They are nice cars, but there are better cars out there and other Genesis dealerships. I have never spoken with a car salesman in any dealership ruder and more annoying than you. You just lost a sale and I will make sure to tell all the people I know in AZ not to purchase anything from your dealership. I hope your manager gives you better training in selling your product instead of driving potential clients away. Perhaps I should get the new Lexus NX coming out in December or a Cayenne or Macan. Amazing! This is where I got my first vehicle and that experience was great. So of course, came back for the second one. I want to give a shout-out to Edgar to even get me started through the process. Unfortunately he was not available when I went in, but I was well taken care of by Kyle. Kyle not only made the shopping easy, but I felt comfortable and he was honest with me. I honestly felt like I was shopping with a friend. During the financial process, since it can be a bit time consuming Kyle was right there without skipping a beat making sure I was taken care of. I also want to say thank you to John in the finance department for his patience and actually considering me and helping me out financially. When it was time to make my payment I unfortunately did not get the receptionist name for that day, but she was so joyful. Her smile and aura was definitely the icing on the cake. You would think it ends there, but even a couple days later from getting my vehicle Kyle and Dakota were sweet enough to help me out with getting blind spot mirrors. This will always be my go to dealership.
