He said he would see what he can do and give me a call back. I got a call back within the hour from Ashleigh Ray and she said she was coming in for a little bit the next morning and would be able to squeeze me in. That kind of service is generally unheard of at dealerships in my past experiences. Ashleigh and Josh are a tremendous asset to the LHM team and should be recognized! Because of there amazing customer service is the reason I will be purchasing my next Genesis that I plan to get within the next year from LHM. More

I had my first oil change on my GV80 today. Josh was extremely professional, he was prompt, friendly and my car was ready as promised.
