The service advisor Justin didn’t call me back for 3 days, I had to call them to find out if my vehicle was ready. Then they tried to charge me for repairs when I had a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty and o days, I had to call them to find out if my vehicle was ready. Then they tried to charge me for repairs when I had a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty and only had my vehicle for 4 1/2 years and only had 31,000 miles. One good thing is they washed it for me. More

Nobody from larry miller called to left me know my vehicle was ready until after I picked it up from the 3rd where it was sent. It was sent to the 3rd party because it needed a steering wheel alignme vehicle was ready until after I picked it up from the 3rd where it was sent. It was sent to the 3rd party because it needed a steering wheel alignment after larry miller said they wouldn't fix the tie rods. The 3rd party was recommended by larry miller but and I have tie rods that will need to be replaced in a year right after the warranty us over. More
