Thank-you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is important to us. Gary has been working with you since September to get you into the car you wanted. Gary worked hard to overcome your credit challenges and get you approved to buy the Focus you were interested in. Because of those credit obstacles, the bank required several stipulations to be met. These were discussed with you by both, Gary and Richard before you came in to do the paperwork. At that time, they explained that in order to meet the bank requirements, you had to have a guaranteed check in your name. Instead, you presented a bank draft in the name of your brother, with a 21-day hold request. You did not have the down payment, as stipulated by the bank, so we could not hold the car. By the time you were prepared to have the down payment, the car was sold; as we do not hold cars. Gary did a statewide search and there is not a gray Focus available. We apologize that the experience did not garner the results you were hoping for. Gary did reach out to you with a white Focus, as an alternative, but you refused his offer. Had he been able to find a gray one available here in Arizona, he would have gladly have gotten it for you.
