Disappointment from the start. Waited 30 minutes past my appt time to be helped. Waited another 60 minutes to be given a price for one item I needed. Then Seth the service mgr got involved and offered to have the necessary service done by mobile service. Check in process was smooth. There was a service special for an oil change that had been booked. The special was the oil change would be done in 45 minutes or it would be free. The oil change took 90 minutes and I had to approach my service advisor and insist on getting my car back or I would be late picking up my kids from school. She did go get the car hurried up but I still paid full price for the oil change. Misleading advertising would be a reason NOT to return. More
I have been waiting since last February, almost one year, for a replacement part on a recall. It was the plastic Decorative covers on each side of the windshield.. It is a poor reflection on Ford that little for a replacement part on a recall. It was the plastic Decorative covers on each side of the windshield.. It is a poor reflection on Ford that little pieces of plastic go flying off and cannot be replaced. Not sure I will ever buy another Ford. More
