This was my 20k service on my 2022 Ford F450 so it’s only the second service it’s ever had. I had the first service at 10k at Larry H. Miller Ford as well. My service advisor was good at contacting me to recommend fixes but never responded to text or phone. My tires were rotated and run with different pressures front vs back. I specifically asked if the press fixes but never responded to text or phone. My tires were rotated and run with different pressures front vs back. I specifically asked if the pressures were adjusted and was told yes. I checked them when I got home and they were not. I followed up with my service advisor and did not receive a response. My rear axles were pulled for rotor service. They also recommended a differential flush which I approved. But when I asked why the differential flush would be full price when the axles were pulled and differential fluid is already lost, I was not given a reason. I have had work done here twice. Time will reveal if their work is done well. But there is opportunity for improvement with communication, explanation, and actually doing everything they claimed to do. More

Overall good service, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is I was told there was a good possibility that the service work would be done by 4pm the same day. 48 hours later it was ready. Outstanding service from the time I pulled in! All the team members were polite and hospitable! My stand outs were Suzie responsive, helpful and great professional demeanor. Took the truck in for the first oil service - great experience - optimal timing - excellent support - Katlynn took care of all the stuff and the truck was ready to pick in a couple of hours.
