DON’T buy a Service Contract from Larry Miller Ford! ! One, it says right in the contract that if you are within 50 miles of the dealership you must bring it to them. Not a huge deal for me since I work in the area or so I thought. However, I made an appointment for 10/27 and when I got there, I was told I would need to leave my truck for at least a week before they could diagnosis it. Who can be without their vehicle for a week? Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them? Or maybe take the appointment for 7 days out so it can be diagnosed on the day of appointment? Just an idea. And since I live within 50 miles of the dealership, I cannot take it anywhere else. WHAT A JOKE!! More
My 2019 Ford Fusion overheated coming into Arizona from California. Mel Lewis took care of the servicing of my car. By 4 pm that evening my car was fitted with a recall part. took my 2018 ford edge in for service recall. I met Jose Bracamonte in sales who asked if he could help. Told him waiting on my 2018 Edge. He asked thought of upgrading. We walked out on the lot and found a really nice very low mileage 2022 Edge. Went on a test drive. Very friendly person, never pressure of sale just answering questions. Got back to the shop. He ran the numbers and we agreed. He got the processing done and approved. I was out with the new 2022 edge before eleven AM. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great sales person who listens and does not pressure. Jose is the guy. Loved the process and actually enjoyed the process in his hands. More

This dealership sold me a dangerous lemon and refuse to take it back. I have called in countless times, taken my issue all the way up through the senior managers, no one knows what's wrong with the car, wh take it back. I have called in countless times, taken my issue all the way up through the senior managers, no one knows what's wrong with the car, when they see the video they say, "that's strange", but they refuse to make it right. They sold me a car that is unsafe for me and my children and they need to make it right. I won't be silenced and I won't just go away. It's dangerous and I won't let my children be in danger for anyone's comfort or commission. Take the car back! More
Took my truck in this morning for an appointment. Oil change ans 2 recall issues. A software load and a tailgat inspection. Apparently the incompetant "Tech" screwed up my tailgate wiring. Truck was there all day. I had zero issues with the tail gate. Drove thirty miles to pick it up only to go home without it. What a warm feeling it is to know you let somone incompetant work on my truck. Very very upset!!! More
