Poor customer loyalty We bought our vehicle although the trade in was far below Kelly Blue Book due to a Ford transmission issue, which the salesman said was not the dealer We bought our vehicle although the trade in was far below Kelly Blue Book due to a Ford transmission issue, which the salesman said was not the dealership’s issue, but a Ford issue...really? Aren’t you a Ford dealership, representing Ford? The dealership would not budge on the trade in value, but did offer additional incentives and price reductions. Had we not purchased our last 4 vehicles here, we probably would not have bought the vehicle from Berge, but better the devil you know than the devil you don’t know. We do like their service department as we have all of our vehicles serviced here and have for over 20 years. More
