I came in to a 10am Sat appt for a 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum, Wind Chill Pearl (white) exterior, and Glazed Carmel interior, as advertised in both the photos in the add, as well as all of the descripti Platinum, Wind Chill Pearl (white) exterior, and Glazed Carmel interior, as advertised in both the photos in the add, as well as all of the descriptions of the car. When I arrived at 10am, I was told it had already been sold. So I drove the 45 minute ride home. A couple hours later, I received a call that the car had not been sold after all. So I drove the 45 minutes back, only to be shown a white highlander with black interior. The manager, Terry, tried to explain that they were stock photos. I asked why they didnt put black interior stock photos, and why in all of the descriptions its said "glazed caramel" interior. He didnt have an answer. So they wasted 3 hours of driving time today only to say "oops". I would consider that false advertising, not a mistake when both the photos (about 20 of them) AND the descriptions say glazed caramel. NOT HAPPY and will NEVER come back. More

I would of given 5 stars, however I want to see if customer service actually delivers the results I expected 2 months ago. I've been waiting for a reimbursement check because of a defective purge valve that I believed was processed back in January. Come to find out, it wasn't in the works until I followed up today! The ball was fumbled and dropped, so now let's see if that check shows up in my mailbox this time. More
I bought a ranger raptor out of state as they were very difficult to find. The truck was new and needed its first oil change. The service was fantastic oil change and department did a multi point inspection and took care of a recall for safety. I just have to say again Dominic and team Larry Miller really took care of my new truck needs well done customer service and the service team at Larry Miller Ford Mesa.
