Poor service The sales and finance department are second to none. Before I went to Berge I hated salesman, but they changed my opinion. Scheduled an appointment over a week out to make sure my truck could be worked on right away. Dropped truck off Monday morning @ 7:30. Was informed repairs would take a week. Called Wednesday for update, left message, no call back. Called Thursday left message and texted service writer, no response. Called Friday left message, called again to talk to manager, finally got service writer. Was informed that truck has not been in shop yet. Reminded Berge that I loose $300+ a day without my truck, plus cost of rental. Was prommosed truck would be ready Tuesday..... another lie. Called Tuesday and found out several items never made it on repair order. Have to wait longer for parts to come in now... Half of issues could not be duplicated. Even though they were verified in service drive. Brand new keys they were to program, look like the were chewed on. Someone decided to use a screw driver to open them instead of a coin. They look real nice now for $150 each. Oil leak pointed out by Berge on last service could not be duplicated. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. I have ran a service department for the last 14 years and would never accept this level of service out of any of my employees. Do your self a favor, make sure you have a service department lined up to work on your vehicle if you buy from Berge More
Disrespectful Service Department Dropped my car off to have service performed, they took my car for a test drive, going 80 mph on the freeway and accelerating with full throttle. Showed the manager my dash cam and all he can say is they need to test drive cars after alignment. But it's ok for them to break the law and take cars too 7000rpm....fyi I have a sports car. More

Lemon Lot I was assured Berge Ford does a 125 point inspection. That said, I have had to put over $5000 in maintanence on the auto I purchased as is, no warran I was assured Berge Ford does a 125 point inspection. That said, I have had to put over $5000 in maintanence on the auto I purchased as is, no warranty. I was charged GAP insurance and a 24 month, 24000 mile warranty. I had the vehicle checked out at Firestone, only to find out Berge's inspectors missed broken motor mounts among a litany of other maintanence problems. Hence the aforementioned $5000 I have since spent after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by management, I bought the vehicle as is, and they would not have spent that kind of money to fix those problems. My response, I would not have purchased a vehicle with those kinds of problems. Had I not done due diligance, I would not have discovered the 24 month/24000 mile warranty or the GAP insurance. Thanks alot Berge Ford. The $5000 vehicle with $2500 trade in and additional $5000 in parts and labor since I purchased the vehicle being assured I was purchasing a solid, reliable vehicle. Never again. More

With this new truck purchase I worked with Austin Frazier. I live in Tucson so I called the dealership for pricing and vehicle availability and was connected with Austin. Austin’s approach was straight up. He checked inventory and gave me price ranges I was looking for. It was an easy painless purchase. I also brought in my 2011 F 150 in for service while working on the new purchase and yes I purchased my 2011 F 150 from Berge Ford. I worked with Aaron in service and he was great. There were service issues since the 2011 has 105000 miles on it and Aaron went through checks and let me know what need to be attended to now. More
