Customer service was terrible. 4 people told me a vastly different information about my vehicle recall. They scheduled me then when I brought it in they said it didn’t need it then 4 people told me a vastly different information about my vehicle recall. Took the Ranger in for an oil change. Deal was great. 3 changes for $99. Service was friendly. However. I was informed that an alignment was needed in my truck. There was no follow so we Deal was great. 3 changes for $99. Service was friendly. However. I was informed that an alignment was needed in my truck. There was no follow so we could get that service completed on the same visit. I asked again during pickup a was told it was too late. Going back to when it was Berge Ford, a car wash was standard with service. There was no wash or even an offer to wash the truck. Now I will have to take time to schedule a service that could have been completed during my original visit. More
