Go in for oil change and leave with a deep scratch on passenger fender caused by lazy Technician not covering it. Of course did not see it till I got home. So no recourse on my side. Also checked oil level next day as invoice stated only 6 qts of oil added. 7.75 required for the 5.0. Oil level was slightly over filled! Tech Espinoza seems to need some refresher training. Also invoice stated my model as an F-150 Hybrid. Wow did not realize 5.0 XL work truck was a hybrid. I am a retired automotive tech of 28 years. Never once did I not cover fenders when working on a customers vehicle. Today with the elevated prices of vehicles, they should be more aware of not giving a crap! More
