To Mr Anthony Judge General Manager Larry H Miller Ford Mesa AZ. As I stated above over 3 years and false promises from your salesman and several of and "managers" that they would have the Owners Manual I informed said salesman the night of the sale wasn't there for me in "8 to 10 weeks", followed by NOTHING. No Manual. No call. No text. No email. NOTHING. So sir, I set out to find this apparently almost impossible to locate and have shipped 2015 Ford F350 Superduty Pwners Manual for myself, because clearly your Ford dealership couldn't get it done. It took me all of 45 seconds on Ebay and 4 days later I had it in my hands. If this is acceptable "customer service" at your dealership, I only wish I hadn't purchased an extended warranty from you so I would NEVER have to do business with you again. Furthermore, when I attempted to contact Ford Corp to voice my problem with this, I came to find out that Ford has NO COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. I guess it's pretty xxxx obvious why. My next truck will be a GMC or Mopar. Burned and learned, John King
